Huddo Ideas

Huddo Ideas collects ideas from the people who know the work best, then helps you decide together which ones to act on. Ask a question in an idea lab, let everyone answer it, vote on the answers, and turn the winners into action.

What You Can Do

  • Ask the right question - create an idea lab for a challenge, such as cutting waste or choosing where to invest, with its own cover image and colours
  • Gather ideas - anyone you invite can submit ideas with rich text, attachments, @mentions and answers to your own questions
  • Vote your way - choose a simple like, like and dislike, or a voting pool where everyone spreads a set number of votes
  • Keep it fair - make ideas or votes anonymous, and ask voters to explain their choice
  • Decide together - discuss each idea, then review, approve or reject them as a team
  • Turn ideas into action - successful ideas can create a Huddo Board or call a webhook automatically

How a Lab Works

Every idea lab moves through three stages:

  1. Voting - members submit ideas and vote on them
  2. Review - the lab's owners and reviewers choose the winning ideas
  3. Completed - the chosen ideas are marked successful and any automations run

See Idea Statuses for what happens to each idea along the way.
