Analytics¶
See how your knowledge is used: which pages people read, who is writing, and which pages are going stale. Analytics covers only the wikis and pages you can see.
Wiki Analytics¶
Click the chart icon (Wiki analytics) next to the wiki name. On a phone, it is in the Wiki actions menu.

| Section | Shows |
|---|---|
| Page views, Readers, Edits, Pages | Totals for the period, and how many pages are new or stale |
| Activity | Page views and edits per day |
| Most viewed pages | The top eight pages, with views and how many people read them |
| Top contributors | Who has edited the most |
| Content health | Pages not updated in 90 days |
Switch between 30 days and 90 days at the top right.
Download the numbers
Click the download icon on Most viewed pages to save it as a CSV file for a spreadsheet. To download Content health, use the Overview instead.
Across All Your Wikis¶
Click Analytics in the sidebar on the home page.
- Overview - page views, active people, edits and pages across every wiki you can see, plus the most viewed pages, the most active wikis and content health. Content health counts stale pages, drafts and new pages
- People - how many people read, how many write and how many do both, and the top contributors
- My usage - your own reading and writing: pages viewed, pages created, edits, your most visited wikis and the pages you opened recently

Space Analytics¶
Every space has its own analytics across all of its wikis. Click Analytics at the top of the space.
What Counts¶
- A page view is counted each time someone opens a page
- A stale page hasn't been updated in 90 days
- Drafts are counted separately and aren't included in page totals
- Analytics goes back up to 90 days
Administrators
Organisation administrators can change analytics settings from the gear on the People page. Usage tracking turns recording of page views on or off for the whole organisation. Anonymise individuals shows totals only, and hides contributor names and leaderboards everywhere.
